This La Jolla condo needed work.   Seller didn’t want to remodel it herself so we created a win/win situation on this one.   We fully remodeled the whole place.  New kitchen, bathroom, master bedroom, and even had to move the water heater outside into the storage closet.  It was in the hallway closet :(.  Not sure what they were thinking when they did that.  Took about a month to fully remodel it.  Great complex and awesome location.  My wife and I kind of want to live there.  4 people in a 1/1 would probably be a recipe for disaster.  Excited for the next one!  We buy houses not only in La Jolla but all of San Diego!
