About Us

World Class Ventures, Inc is a real estate solutions company based out of Escondido California.   We’re a family owned business established in 2014.  We are a small company(about 5 of us).  But that enables us to give the homeowner a little more than other bigger companies.

My name is Brian Sullivan.  I am the owner of World Class Ventures.  I’ve had an interesting journey to get where I am today.   I’m originally from Nyack, New York.  It’s about 45 minutes north of Manhattan.  As most New Yorkers will say “upstate’.  I moved to Arizona and went to Arizona State University and studied Exercise and Wellness with a minor in Gerontology(study of the older adult popluation).  I love exercise and I’ve always been intrigued by the aging process.  From there a buddy and I  started a small Wellness Clinic with a focus on Strength Training and older adults.  I did this for 10 years and I learned so much from the people I met and trained.  It was so much fun but as time passed a lot of our friends and family moved away from Arizona.  So my wife and I decided to move to San Diego in 2008.  It was a huge change for us geographically but also in our careers.  We decided to move to Vista in the Shadowridge community to stay close to family.  My wifes family has always been in Real Estate so we both decided to get involved in it.  Jennie(my wife) took the more traditional route and became a realtor and also works with a hard money lender(SD Equity Partners, Inc).  I took the path of buying properties and fixing them up.  I loved talking to homeowners and structuring win/win deals.  Then fixing these properties up and re-selling them.  Everyday is different and I think that’s why I like it so much.  Since moving to San Diego, we got a dog(Leroy, see below) who is pretty much our first child.  We also have two boys(see picture above) who keep us busy everyday.
