Hey, just got done checking out a house in San Carlos. A great house, great views, just needs some work. Got a call from seller two days ago and she discussed with me how … It’s her mom’s property, unfortunately her mom passed in July of last year. It just needs a lot of work, a lot of updating,
especially inside. Outside actually looks pretty good, the landscape’s good and things like that, but just more inside. New kitchen, new bathrooms, new flooring, paint, new appliance, all those types of things. Property has a great view!

Where she doesn’t have to keep on coming back here over and over, letting people in, getting bids and then possibly renting it again or fixing it up.
So, that’s what I’m going to do, I’m going to actually drive the comps. Just see comparable properties and then run the numbers with my guys, and give her a call back later today and get her an offer.
