“This was a great property in Escondido.  Seller wanted an “as is” no hassle sale.  It needed a good amount of work but we worked it out that the seller was very happy and it was enough for us to make a small profit.  Even though I am a New York Giants fan and she obviously is a Patriots fan we did the deal.  We kept the awesome wood ceiling just gave it a little love.  Changed the floors, took the old stove out, new paint, new bathrooms and some landscape in the back.  Also had to redo the roof.  It turned out great and it was a winner!
